I offer 2 basic services: custom training plans and custom macro plans, or both! If you are interested in purchasing a plan, please make sure you have a viable PayPal email address (for billing purposes) and send me an email so you can get set up on a plan! Also note: for any of the plans listed below, I am directly available for all my clients through either email or phone.

Custom training plans: $75/month
– Includes: weekly lifting workouts and cardio recommendations that are customized and designed for your individual goals. Video feedback for form checks are available as well. Also includes prescribed warm-ups, stretches, mobility work, and cool downs.

Custom macro plans: $40/month
– Includes: calculated macros based off your nutrition needs, weekly check-ins with me to assess progress, and any adjustments necessary to get you to your goals.

Both training & macros: $100/month
